Cet article tente de résumer les facteurs de la montée en puissance de ce nouveau champ de la commande urbaine et questionne la capacité de critique et donc d'alternative que portent les acteurs de l'urbanisme transitoire.
How to analyze the historical evolution of transitional urban planning practices in France and their progressive institutionalization?
After more than ten years of development of these practices, what is observed concerning the actors who carry them, their way of structuring themselves, their professions ?
This article attempts to summarize the factors of the rise of this new field of urban control and questions the capacity of criticism and therefore of alternative that the actors of transitional urbanism carry.
